At TeddiQ, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Trial Period
You are allowed to use and test the product within these 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must not be damaged beyond normal use
- All original parts and packaging should be included where possible
- Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Personalized or custom products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
